Week 5 : Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partners

For this week activity, we will now fill in the left side of the Business Model Canvas which are the Key Resources, Key Activities and Key Partners. These three will answer the who, what and how of the business implementation.

We met through messenger again. Upon brainstorming, we came up with the ideas in the succeeding paragraphs.

Key resources are the things we need to achieve our value proposition. These are the assets of our business. Knowing the right key resources will help our business to succeed. Since we will focus on editing services, ppt templates and card making, we will be needing the following:

• computer and mobile phones (where helpful softwares and apps were installed)

• printer (for the cards)

• materials (for the cards which are affordable and good quality)

• media products (pictures, music, videos)

While Key Activities, are the important tasks we must do to fulfill the purpose of our business. This may be vary depending on the business we operate. The following will be our key activities:

• promoting our products/ services through social media

• advertising

• editing photos and videos according to customer's preferences

• designing attainable ppt templates

• designing of cards depending on customer's preferences

• managing platforms (soc media sites, blog)

• delivery of product (for cards)

We can't do all of these alone but some people can help us. Key partners are the people outside our company that will help us do some of the key activities above. The following are they key partners will be needed:

• supplier of materials (for cards)

• patrons and sponsors

• commercial printing services (if printer is not available)

• collaborator (for the designs)

We're now done filling the left side of our Business Model Canvas and we hope these answered the who, what and how of our business implementation. We're down to the last two parts!
