We plan to aggressively pursue and acquire customers through direct business promotions or accommodations and convert them into repeat paying customers. To ensure success the company will continuously attract new customers, many of whom may have personal and long standing needs with arts and design services.

Last week, we're done brainstorming ideas for the products or services we are going to offer. The next thing we need to do is to identify our target customer. For this to be done we need to know what customer segment and value proposition is.

Customer segment and Value proposition are the first thing we need to fill-in in a business model canvas. From the video and article links provided by our professor, we were able to define and understand these two. Customer segment answers the questions "Who are our customers?", "Why would they buy?". For value proposition, it answers the questions, "What product or services are we going to build?", What pain we are going to avoid?", "What gain we are going to achieve?". This tells what problem or need we are going to solve.

We met again through Messenger and shared our ideas regarding this. We followed a certain template for easy filling-in ideas.

We choose to offer our products and services to students and online business owners. Students with the same lifestyles, traits, values, and maxed with projects resulting in no time for editing and designing. Since we switched from face-to-face to online set-up because of pandemic, we want to help them in doing presentations and editing stuffs which they will be needing in their online works.
